Quick Start Guide

Get server-side tracking running on your Shopify store in under 10 minutes.

1. Create Your Account

Request early access to get started. You'll need a Shopify store URL and an email address. Once approved, we'll set up your account and guide you through onboarding.

2. Connect Your Shopify Store

From the onboarding wizard, click Connect Shopify. This installs the MRKT Mesh app on your store and automatically registers the webhooks needed for order and refund tracking.

You'll need Shopify Admin access to approve the app installation. If you're an agency, ask the store owner for permission.

3. Install the Tracking Script

Navigate to My Tracking → Installation in the MRKT Mesh dashboard. Copy the snippet and paste it into your Shopify theme's theme.liquid file, just before the closing </head> tag.

Alternatively, use the Shopify Theme App Extension for a no-code install — simply enable the MRKT Mesh block in your theme editor.

4. Configure a Destination

Go to Tagging → Destinations and add your first destination. Each platform has its own setup guide:

Place a test order on your store, then check Monitoring → Real-Time to see the event appear. You can also use the verification guide for detailed debugging steps.
