Subprocessors

What This Page Covers
Language Commerce Inc uses the third-party subprocessors below to provide MRKT Mesh. A subprocessor is a vendor that processes personal data on our behalf as part of running the service. This page is incorporated into our Data Processing Agreement as Annex C, and this page’s version and date change whenever the list changes.
Infrastructure Subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Services used | Location | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC) | Cloud Run, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Memorystore (Redis), BigQuery, Secret Manager, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Cloud Logging | United States (us-east1) | Application hosting, database, queueing, analytics warehouse, secret storage, build and log infrastructure |
Operational Subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Location | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Resend | United States | Transactional email delivery (service and monitoring alerts to merchant operators; no customer personal data in email content) |
Merchants may additionally configure their own Slack workspace to receive monitoring alerts; that delivery goes to infrastructure the merchant controls and is not a Mesh subprocessor.
Destination Platforms Are Not Subprocessors
The marketing destinations a merchant can connect — Meta, Google Analytics 4, TikTok, and Klaviyo — are not our subprocessors. They are independent recipients: data reaches them only when the merchant connects a destination and enables forwarding, and the merchant’s own relationship and terms with each platform govern that data. Shopify, as the merchant’s store platform, is likewise the merchant’s own vendor, not ours.
How We Announce Changes
Before engaging a new subprocessor we update this page, bump its version and date, and give account holders advance notice so they can review the change. Questions and objections: privacy@mrktmesh.com.
