Upload server-side conversions to Google Ads for better campaign optimization.

Overview

MRKT Mesh sends conversion data to Google Ads via the Conversion Upload API. This ensures purchases and other key events are attributed correctly, even when browser-based tracking is blocked.

Prerequisites

  • A Google Ads account with conversion tracking enabled
  • A conversion action configured in Google Ads
  • OAuth credentials or a Google Ads API developer token

Setup

  1. Navigate to Tagging → Destinations
  2. Click Add Destination and select Google Ads
  3. Enter your Customer ID and Conversion Action ID
  4. Authenticate via OAuth when prompted
  5. Click Save & Enable

Enhanced Conversions

MRKT Mesh sends hashed customer data (email, phone, address) alongside conversion events. Google Ads uses this to improve attribution accuracy through Enhanced Conversions.
