Managing Your Team

Invite team members and manage roles within your organization.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access — billing, team management, all settings
AdminAll settings except billing and team management
MemberView dashboard, monitoring, and reports. Cannot modify settings.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Navigate to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address and select a role
  4. Click Send Invite

The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization. Invitations expire after 7 days.

Agency accounts can invite team members across multiple stores. Each team member can access all stores within the agency.

Removing Members

To remove a team member, go to Settings → Team, find the member, and click Remove. This immediately revokes their access.
