Managing Your Team
Invite team members and manage roles within your organization.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — billing, team management, all settings |
| Admin | All settings except billing and team management |
| Member | View dashboard, monitoring, and reports. Cannot modify settings. |
Inviting Team Members
- Navigate to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the email address and select a role
- Click Send Invite
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization. Invitations expire after 7 days.
Agency accounts can invite team members across multiple stores. Each team member can access all stores within the agency.
Removing Members
To remove a team member, go to Settings → Team, find the member, and click Remove. This immediately revokes their access.
